I loved how close this place is to the Iowa River Landing, made my weekend strolls so enjoyable, and the nearby 30hop restaurant had an excellent riverside view that added to the experience.

I really enjoyed nicely furnished and comfy room in this hotel.

Booked a room with nice furniture. The staff were nice and exceptional people...

The rooms were all big size with fridge and microwave. The check in was simple, the staff was affable. The hotel was in a magnificent location close to a gas station / convenience store with a decent selection of food, nearby restaurants and Iowa River Landing.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious with a clean setup. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Breakfast was varied and satisfying. Close to shops and restaurants.

bed was excellent. most furnishings very good.

chairs were uncomfortable and not easy to move or use, could use a small movable table or stand. could have a little more imfo on the area such as map of Iowa City and Coralville, etc

The beds were very comfortable! Great location, close to a nice mall. Newly remodeled and mostly clean.

The air quality was poor and both my husband and I left congested and feeling as if we were getting a cold. During the night my husband used his phone as a light and the air was filled with dust. We chose a different hotel for our return trip through the same area because of this.

The room was spacious with a clean setup and had a cozy vibe. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic, best I've ever experienced! Also loved having a microwave and refrigerator for late-night snacks.

no elevators - no help getting up stairs with suitcases, breakfast was not very good. one of our rooms had no local tv service.

The beds are comfortable! Close to restaurants Etc.

People on second floor above me stomping all night long while walking. Never slept. Would have gotten 2nd floor if there was an elevator. Called front desk twice and nothing was ever done. I will never stay there again.

Amazing hotel with clean rooms, free Wi-Fi, a tv, and 24-hour reception. I remember my first stay when the staff helped me with bug spray. Always friendly and supportive! Highly recommend it for your next trip.

Nothing much to like about this place

The short list is the bed spread was filthy, there was hair in the shower, the heat/air unit was extremely loud, and the front desk person was busy playing chess online while checking us in.
